Watch candidates discuss Barrington Hills village board race

Watch candidates discuss issues in the race for Barrington Hills village board with a member of the Daily Herald editorial board.

Six candidates are seeking three available seats on the village board. They are incumbents Paula Jacobsen and Robert M. Zubak and newcomers Brent Joseph Burval, Laura S. Ekstrom, David Riff and Thomas W. Strauss.

The election is April 6. Mail-in voting and some early in-person voting are going on now. Expanded in-person voting begins March 22.
