Des Plaines park board to talk playground project

The Des Plaines Park District board will meet Tuesday night to discuss a plan to renovate the Lake Park playground, the Prairie Lakes Aquatic Center and other issues. The meeting is set for 7 p.m. at the district headquarters, 2222 Birch St.
