Grains mostly higher, livestock lower

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mostly higher on Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Mar. advanced 12.50 cents at $6.5750 a bushel; Mar. corn rose 8.25 cents at $5.5725 a bushel; Mar. oats was off 1 cent at $3.60 cents a bushel; while Mar. soybeans was up 5 cents at $14.0525 a bushel.

Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Feb. live cattle lost 2.50 cents at $1.1885 a pound; Mar. feeder cattle was off .73 cent at $1.3637 a pound; April lean hogs fell 2.08 cents at .8547 a pound.
