Camping World expands network in Illinois, Wisconsin

LINCOLNSHIRE - Camping World Holdings Inc. said Tuesday it has reached an agreement to acquire EZ Living RV in Braidwood. The company also announced the opening of its newest SuperCenter in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

EZ Living RV, located at 800 EZ Street in Braidwood, just off I-55 south of Joliet, will transition to the Camping World brand and open in late March. This will be Camping World's sixth location in Illinois. The SuperCenter will include a wide range of new and used RVs from top manufacturers in addition to a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories.

"The EZ Living RV acquisition fills a void in our footprint and allows us to more effectively service our RV and outdoor customer base," said Marcus Lemonis, CEO and chairman.

Camping World now owns and operates over 170 SuperCenters nationwide, with the newest in Eau Claire being its fifth in Wisconsin.

Lincolnshire-based Camping World is America's leading recreational vehicle and outdoor retailer, offering an extensive assortment of recreational vehicles for sale, RV and camping gear, RV maintenance and repair services, as well as other outdoor and active sports product sales.
