Camping World adds more East Coast dealerships
LINCOLNSHIRE - After announcing the acquisition of two RV dealerships in the Northeast earlier this week, Camping World Holdings Inc. said it has entered into an agreement to buy two Flagg RV stores in Massachusetts.
The dealerships are in Uxbridge and West Boylston, Massachusetts, Camping World said. In addition, the company will acquire land in Griswold, Connecticut, for a planned future location. The acquisitions are anticipated to close in April.
"Flagg RV has been a family owned and operated business in the RV industry for over 30 years and brings a team with great passion and energy to our company," said Marcus Lemonis, CEO and chairman of Lincolnshire-based Camping World.
