Good vaccine experience
Thank you, Northwest Community Hospital, for implementing a plan to administer the COVID-19 vaccines through NCH My Charts for patients over 65 years old. The entire experience was very well organized from using My Charts to schedule an appointment to processing us quickly and efficiently through each step of the screening questions and administering the vaccines. We are grateful for the care and concern that Northwest Community Hospital has shown their patients during this difficult time and happy we have been a part of your community for 54 years.
