Install 'decoy'

I have a solution for the problem of the Long Grove bridge that has been hit by trucks 13 times in six months.

Put up a "decoy framework." It could be a simple short framework far enough from the bridge to protect it but strong enough to stop a truck before the bridge is hit. Cheaper and saving the bridge.
