Restaurant plan on the agenda in Wheeling

Wheeling's plan commission will meet remotely Wednesday to discuss a proposal to renovate a restaurant building at 600 S. Milwaukee Ave. The owners of Yu's Mandarin plan to open a new eatery in that location. It formerly was a Golden Chef restaurant.
