Glenbard East performing 'Almost, Maine' online

Glenbard East Theatre at Glenbard East High School in Lombard will perform an online version of its winter play due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. "Almost, Maine," John Cariani's popular 2006 off-Broadway play, will be recorded and streamed under the direction of Mark Kaetzer at gefinearts.org/theatre starting Friday, Feb. 19. "Almost, Maine" comprises of six short plays that explore love and loss in a remote and mythical town. The performance is free to view, though Glenbard East Theatre is seeking donations through its website to help offset expenses.
