Looking for Pokémon in the snow
Some people complain about the weather. Others go out and make art. This is a giant Pokémon character made in the snow at 1202 E. Clarendon St. Arlington Heights. The character is Lapras and was created by Melissa Meagher and her husband Paul Costello.
