Naperville municipal center, police lobby reopening Monday

The Naperville Municipal Center and the police department lobby will reopen to the public Monday, though residents are encouraged to continue conducting business by phone, email or online.

The city clerk's office, the finance department, and the transportation, engineering and development permits counter can be accessed through the main floor of the municipal center at 400 S. Eagle St., officials said. Other departments are available by appointment only, as is the fire administration building.

All other city buildings will remain closed to the public.

Residents looking to conduct business remotely can use Naperville's online help center at napervilleil.mycusthelp.com/webapp/ or call (630) 420-6111 to be forwarded to the appropriate department.

A city services guide is available at www.naperville.il.us/coronavirus-resources.
