A well-run election

The League of Women Voters of Central Kane County would like to thank Kane County Elections, Raymond Esquivel, Director of Elections and John C. Cunningham, Kane County Clerk and their staff for a well-run election in fall of 2020.

Amid the restrictions of the pandemic, Kane County Elections was able to set the standard as well as the pace for other elections jurisdictions within the state of Illinois. We at the LWVCKC appreciate the relationship that has been built between the League and Kane County Elections over the years. This relationship has afforded the League to continue its most important work, registering and educating voters relative to the important issues of the day.

We look forward to continuing this work in the upcoming consolidated (local) elections between now and Election Day on April 6.
