Join Elmhurst Art Museum's 'Art From My Heart' campaign for seniors

Help spread love and support to those at local senior homes this Valentine's Day! Through your help special handmade cards will go to residents at Park Place of Elmhurst and Elmhurst Extended Care Center.

"Art From My Heart" supporters are invited to pick up a free Valentine's Day card activity kit from the main entrance vestibule, 150 Cottage Hill Ave. Hours for pick-up are: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesdays or noon to 4 p.m. Saturdays. After reopening on Jan. 28, pick-up is possible noon to 5 p.m. Thursday to Sunday. Materials are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

All finished cards must be returned by the mail or at the mailbox near the museum entrance (which will be marked with a heart) by Monday, Feb. 8. Museum staff will collect and distribute the cards to senior homes on Thursday, Feb. 11.
