Batavia Public Library reopens Jan. 26

The easing of state COVID-19 restrictions means that the Batavia Public Library will reopen to the public on Tuesday, Jan. 26, at noon. Grab & Go service will again be available along with curbside pickup.

Patrons who visit the library in person will be required to wear face masks at all times. They are asked to keep their visits brief and to maintain social distancing while in the library.

Internet computers in the Adult Services department will be available on a limited basis. Computer appointments are encouraged. Call (630) 879-1393 ext. 2 to make your appointment. Some items and areas are temporarily unavailable or closed to the public: furniture, water fountains, children's play area, meeting and study rooms.

Hours of service are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
