The free service that allows individuals and families to create an online profile accessible to 911 dispatchers that provides key information during any emergency situation.

Information on the safety profile includes household members, medical conditions, emergency contacts and property details. This service can save critical time and has been proven to save lives by enabling first responders to know exactly where they are going and who they are looking for in the event of an emergency, officials say.
