Let's not become drunk with anger

In a world that doesn't make a lot of sense, we need to tilt the earth a little bit in our direction. From that angle there should be no fear of failure, of success nor of judgment.

Anger is intoxicating; some need the buzz. Ignoring that reality, we should try to balance our inner and outer worlds by accepting the fact that if we can't stop the world, why let it stop us.

In that vein for 2021, carry on as follows: don't chase shadows; stop at red lights; don't over promise; rub people the "right" way and take a hike before someone tells you to. And, as a given, communicate: talk to anyone, about anything, anytime.

Finally, adhere to the five essentials for a rich and rewarding New Year: SOME food, SOME sun, SOME work, SOME fun and SOMEONE.

Remember, the last thing you want to do is probably the right thing to do.
