Kane County to resume criminal jury trials Jan. 28

Kane County courts will resume criminal jury trials Jan. 28, Chief Judge Clint Hull announced Friday. But courthouses will remain closed to the general public through Feb. 28.

Only court staff, people seeking an emergency order of protection or those authorized by a judge will be allowed to enter.
