David J. Bressler joins Clingen Callow and McLean

Clingen Callow and McLean, LLC, a prominent business law firm headquartered in Lisle, Illinois is pleased to announce that David J. Bressler has joined the firm.

Bressler has spent the bulk of his career at Dykema Gossett PLLC where he was responsible for management of the firm's Lisle, Illinois office. His practice includes litigation as well as general business counseling. He has significant experience litigating temporary, preliminary and permanent injunctions and has handled numerous jury and non-jury trials and appeals before various state and federal venues in Illinois and elsewhere.

Bressler has appeared and argued before the Illinois Supreme Court and contributed to briefing submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice areas include professional liability, athletic eligibility and liability, labor and employment, wills and trusts, real estate, debtor and creditor rights, bankruptcy and workout, civil rights, local government, Freedom of Information and Open Meetings Act, construction, healthcare and other business-related matters.

Prior to entering private practice, Bressler was a law clerk to the Honorable Nicholas Bua (deceased) of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Bressler is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago College of Law, where he was a member and editor of the school's Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota. He has been honored as an Illinois Superlawyer and a member of the Leading Lawyers network on multiple occasions.
