Wheat for Mar. gained 12 cents at 6.54 a bushel; Mar. corn rose 8 cents at 4.9175 a bushel, Mar. oats wasfup 7.25 cents at $3.6325 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans advanced 33.50 cents at $13.47 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Feb. live cattle rose 2.75 cents at $1.1505 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle was up 1.72 cents at $1.3667 a pound; while Feb. lean hogs was off .30 cent at $.7092 a pound.
