Lifted Made to expand into Wisconsin

LAKE FOREST - Acquired Sales Corp.'s said Tuesday its subsidiary, Lifted Made in Zion, has signed a five-year lease for a 11,238-square-foot building in Kenosha, Wisconsin, which represents a 94% increase in space.

Lifted Made is a hemp-derived cannabinoid products company. It makes delta 8 THC and CBD products, and, through a partnership, makes tobacco-free nicotine pouches for SmplyLifted LLC.

Under the terms of the lease, Lifted Made has the option to purchase the property at any time prior to Dec. 31, 2025.

The company said it needed more space for lab technicians, manufacturing equipment and inventory storage.

"Lifted Made is growing like crazy. We were just bursting at the seams at our 3,330-square-foot facility in Zion," said Nicholas S. Warrender, Acquired Sales' chief operating officer and CEO of Lifted Made. He added the company expanded into the bay next door to its rented unit in Zion in August, nearly doubling its footprint.

The landlord of the property is 95th Holdings LLC, a company also owned by Warrender.
