Misumi USA president named one of the best for 2020

SCHAUMBURG - Misumi USA, a global supplier of factory automation components, announced it was named to the 2020 Best CEOs Award list by Comparably.

Comparably's awards are compiled from 10 million employee ratings across 60,000 U.S. companies on Comparably's website. The ratings are based upon an anonymous sentiment rating about people's workplaces. Ratings are then compared to determine the award recipients. The Best CEOs category is based on questions regarding the employees' outlook of the CEO.

Throughout the years, Nobuyuki Ashida, president of Misumi, has been a staunch advocate for employees. In 2020, that advocacy was felt on a deeper level and put to the test. "He strives to always put the employees first, and I'm proud to say he holds our leadership team accountable to do nothing less." said Randy Yu, vice president of Human Resources at Misumi.
