Arlington Heights village manager gets 5% raise

Arlington Heights Village Manager Randy Recklaus has received a 5% raise following his annual performance review with the village board.

The pay boost, approved unanimously by the board Dec. 7, is retroactive to Nov. 10. Recklaus' new annual salary is $234,332.

In 2018, the board inked a four-year contract extension with Recklaus, keeping him as head of day-to-day operations for the village until Nov. 10, 2022.
