COD receives donation of 50 laptops

A member of the College of DuPage Foundation Board recently donated 50 laptops to the Glen Ellyn-based school.

David Andalcio, founder and CEO of Wynndalco Enterprises, and his company donated the laptops "to addresses technological needs faced by COD students resulting from COVID-19 and the transition to online learning," school officials said in news release.

The 50 laptops will be gifted to COD students who demonstrate need as identified by student success navigators and staff members in the financial aid office and the library.

The College of DuPage Foundation provides for the educational development and welfare of the college and its students, officials said. Andalcio has served as a member of the foundation's board since 2016.
