Grains lower and livestock higher

Wheat for Dec. declined 23 cents at 5.8825 a bushel; Dec. corn fell 5.75 cents at 4.20 a bushel, Dec. oats was off 1.75 cents at $2.8575 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans lost 7.25 cents at $11.84 a bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dec. live cattle was up .20 cents at $1.1137 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle gained 1.57 cents at $1.4017 a pound; while Dec. lean hogs rose .87 cent at $.6617 a pound.
