Wheeling board to meet remotely Monday

The Wheeling village board will meet remotely Monday to discuss the town's capital improvement plan and other issues. The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. Some officials will be at village hall, 2 Community Blvd., but the public won't be allowed inside. You can watch the meeting live on local cable TV channels 17 and 99 and online at wheelingil.gov.
