Recycle holiday lights in Mundelein

You can get rid of unwanted holiday light strands at four locations in Mundelein this season.

Lights can be dropped off at village hall, the public works and engineering facility, the main fire station and the police station between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays through Jan. 31. Strands should be removed from boxes or plastic containers. Bulbs don't need to be removed. Lawn ornaments and other decorations will not be accepted.
