Protecting the vulnerable

My question to those like Cheryl Lykowski, who want us to "learn to live with this virus: protect the most vulnerable, but let the rest of society get back to life": What do you propose we do that we're not already doing to protect "the vulnerable?" And who are they? We all live together.
