Suspect sought in robbery of pizza delivery driver in Naperville

Authorities are still searching for the suspect in a Sept. 28 robbery of a pizza delivery driver in Naperville.

Naperville Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest, according to a news release Thursday.

The robbery occurred about 7:30 p.m. in the parking lot of 100 block of East Bailey Road. The driver had just completed a delivery in the area when he was approached by the suspect, who implied he had a gun and stole an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

The suspect is described as a Black man around 20 years old, standing 5 feet, 9 inches to 5 feet, 10 inches tall with an athletic build, officials said. He was clean shaven and had short braided hair and a missing front tooth.

Anyone who saw the robbery or has information about the suspect is asked to contact Naperville Crime Stoppers at (630) 420-6006 or napervillecrimestoppers.com. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
