Grains higher and livestock lower

Wheat for Dec. was up .50 cent at 6.08 a bushel; Dec. corn rose 3.50 cents at 4.01 a bushel, Dec. oats was up 3.50 cents at $2.96 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans gained 8.25 cents at $10.59 a bushel.

Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dec. live cattle fell .73 cent at $1.0782 a pound; Oct. feeder cattle lost .85 cent at $1.3612 a pound; while Dec. lean hogs was off .55 cent at $.6540 a pound.
