Grains mostly higher and livestock lower

Wheat for Dec. was off 2.25 cents at 6.2975 a bushel; Dec. corn rose 5 cents at 4.1375 a bushel, Dec. oats was up 4 cents at $3.04 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans gained 85 cents at $10.72 a bushel.

Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Oct. live cattle was down .47 cent at $1.0365 a pound; Oct. feeder cattle fell .10 cent at $1.3440 a pound; while Dec. lean hogs was off .05 cent at $.6920 a pound.
