Hoping for landslide
At the end of the vice presidential debate, Mr. Pence was asked about a willingness to a transfer of power should the vote count not go his way.
It was disturbing that his only reply was that he expected to win, which implied that he would never concede.
To me, there is nothing more American, more supportive of keeping this country in one piece, than a willingness to at some point accept the outcome of an election, even when one is in the losing end, perhaps to fight again another day.
If the Democrats win, I hope that it is by an overwhelming red state landslide, making allegations of a stolen election absurd. Trump's suggestion that he can only lose via voter fraud is as un-American as you can get.
