Campton Hills offers Halloween activity booklet, sets trick-or-treat hours
The Village of Campton Hills has set trick-or-treating hours on Saturday, Oct. 31, between 2 and 6 p.m.
At this time, the Campton Hills Police Department is noting the choice to participate in trick-or-treating, is up to each resident, and family. If you and your family choose to participate in Halloween activates, the village is encouraging residents to follow recommendations and guidelines noted by the Centers for Disease Control at www.cdc.gov.
Village staff also has constructed signage for your home, to help others differentiate who is and who is not participating in handing out candy and other Halloween activities this year. They have made greens signs to indicate, "Yes, I am participating, and welcoming trick-or-treaters," and red signs to indicate, "Sorry, not this year, see you next year." You may access both at www.villageofcamptonhills.org. If you would like to pick up a printed paper copy, you may do so at the Village Breezeway on Monday though Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. They will have a stack on the interior bench for you to grab and go.
Additionally, they have a Fun Halloween Activity Booklet for you and your family. To download and print, visit www.villageofcamptonhills.org.
