Biden/Harris aim for one-party rule

If enough people vote for the "empty suit" masquerading as former vice president, Joe Biden and for his unlikable and radical slate mate, Sen. Kamala Harris, I think supporters of that team will be taken down a path on which they might later wish they weren't walking. In short, changes embedded in a published Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders radical lefty manifesto and in other policy pronouncements are likely to make the lives of most Americans worse, and, none of us will be able to do anything about it.

Here's why. The nation's founders were prescient in seeing a need for checks and balances within our government's structure to protect the country from falling into the hands of modern-day King Georges. But now, Mr. Biden's team affirms their intent to remove some of these very important checks and balances. They've done this to put the Democrat Party in a position where it will be the nation's dominant party - in perpetuity. They plan to use the following tactics - if they defeat President Trump and take control of both houses of Congress - to do this.

• Eliminating the Electoral College - voters in smaller states won't matter.

• Conferring unnecessary statehood on Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia - as Democrat strongholds, this leads to a permanent Democrat Majority in the Senate.

• Eliminating the "filibuster rule" in the Senate - erases any influence of a minority party.

• Packing the Supreme Court - politicizes the court, breeds a permanent bias for Democrat issues.

• Extending voting privileges to non-citizens - increases Democrat voter base at the expense of minority parties.

The better future for all Americans lies with the reelection of the unorthodox, but accomplished and super-patriotic, President Donald Trump.
