Liberal press has double standard

In the vice president debate of 2012 between Paul Ryan and Joe Biden, Joe Biden interrupted Paul Ryan at least 85 times. This raucous exchange of Ryan and Biden makes the Joe Biden and Donald Trump president debate of 2020 look like a similar sparring matchup with Trump interrupting Biden some 75 times. Yet the Ryan and Biden debate earned Biden the title of master debater and Trump the title of master interrupter from the press.

Furthermore, Biden instigated the behavior of interrupting his opponent in the 2020 debate. He interrupted Trump three or four times before Trump, unlike Ryan, retaliated and started to infuse himself into Biden's responses as well.

Ultimately, Trump dominated the debate rather than Biden with this debating style which had worked for Biden earlier with his audience in 2012 according to the press but not for Trump now in 2020.

Finally, when Biden saw Trump take over his attack style of messaging, he decided to weaponize the words he was using in this debate. He called Trump various derogatory words like "racist," "clown," "Putin puppet" and "liar," for which Trump did not respond in kind with his own diatribe of negativity. As expected, Biden received no backlash from the press for the trash talk and Trump received no praise for not going into the sewer with Biden.

Obviously the press favors Biden over Trump. Therefore, if the public is looking for fair coverage on all presidential candidates and their issues, look at not only traditional liberal news outlets but also conservative news outlets before voting.
