Naperville conducting commuter survey

Naperville is conducting an online survey to assess shifting patterns in the commuter experience as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The city last year approved a commuter parking and access work plan, which outlined goals and potential improvements to address commuter issues in Naperville, according to the survey. The coronavirus has since affected employment and commuting, prompting officials to consider adjusting the plan.

In the survey, which closes Oct. 15, Naperville commuters are asked to share their pre-pandemic patterns, and weigh in on their current and future transportation needs. The feedback will help the city evaluate the work plan in the coming months, officials said.
