Refreshing sign of mental ability

A contributor to this page recently suggested that Joe Biden was "in no condition mentally to remain in office to for any length of time," and made a reference to his "pathetic ramblings and incoherent speech."

This is some astounding projection. The Joe Biden I've seen has been sharp, focused, in command of facts and always offering plans and a vision for the future. He also comes across as an adult.

By comparison, all I've seen and heard from Trump are long-winded and hate-filled screeds that offer lies, gaslighting and juvenile name calling in place of substance. As for his mental and physical fitness for the job, it's common to hear Trump's sentences deteriorate into jumbled word salads and unintelligible phrases during his speeches.

He also demonstrated to the world that he can barely handle a glass of water or walking up a ramp. And he brags about passing a basic cognitive test when he should be embarrassed (and we should be concerned) that he was asked to take it in the first place. This test is only administered when a doctor is concerned about a patient's mental faculties.

Joe Biden delivers a dignified message of decency, unity and hope. I find that very refreshing after the last four years.
