Grains higher, livestock higher

Wheat for Sept. was up 4.50 cent at 5.40 a bushel; Sept. corn advanced 7.25 cents at 3.5725 a bushel, Sept. oats was rose 4.50 cents at $2.7225 a bushel; while Aug. soybeans rose 5.25 cents at $9.85 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Oct. live cattle was up .40 cent at $1.0510 a pound; Sept. feeder cattle rose .77 cent at $1.3917 a pound; while Oct. lean hogs gained 3 cents at $.6437 a pound.
