Blame the lockdowns

Mayor Lightfoot blamed the shortfall in Chicago's budget on the coronavirus. She couldn't be more wrong. The shortfall is due to her and Gov. Pritzker's shutdown of the state's economy. Those were their decisions. Illinois Democrats, take responsibility for your actions.
