Since recently leading the transformative growth and services of Lifespace Communities, as Chief Executive Officer from 2014 to 2019, she founded Bentley and Associates in West Des Moines, Iowa. Bentley's business focus has been organizational strategic planning, executive coaching and leadership development. Recent consulting has also included COVID-19 risk management, as well as a focus on internal and external communication.

Sloan Bentley is confident Lutheran Life Communities offers great strengths as well as great opportunities. Both of those affirm that this is the right organization in which to maximize her experiences and relationships in the field of senior living. She shares, “I am inspired by the rich legacy and mission-driven service I see throughout Lutheran Life Communities. Alongside the board of directors and associates throughout this system, we will advance the very best of residential and wellness solutions for the residents and families we serve.
