Antioch Village Trustee Mary Dominiak today announced she is running for Mayor of Antioch to offer BOLD leadership and inclusive and decisive local government to serves all citizens.

"I have loved this community since my husband, Ed, and I moved here 24 years ago," Dominiak said. "Antioch has faced challenges in those two decades, but it still retains the quality of living that brought us here. I have the interest and knowledge to help address issues the Village will face. A vote for me is a vote for our future."

Dominiak said that the Village Board needs to address Antioch's aging infrastructure and protect its parks, neighborhoods and help businesses thrive and grow.

"We need to understand the concerns and interests of newcomers to our community as well as those who were born and raised here," she said. "I am the definition of a person who has been in the forefront of timely decision making. I have the experience and passion to unite this community through collaborative government."

Dominiak has been a Village Trustee for 9 years and is running for Mayor to lead Antioch into a future of growth, collaboration and booming commerce.

"Our sense of community always has been our strength," she said. "LET'S BE BOLD TOGETHER. Help me make Antioch the best place for ALL to live, work and play."
