Donate clothes, shoes for needy kids

Lincolnshire village hall is hosting a Cradles to Crayons charity drive for homeless and poor children. Officials are collecting new or gently used children's clothes and shoes, especially winter coats and boots, as well as disposable diapers in original packaging. A collection box will be on the main level of village hall, 1 Olde Half Day Road, through Sept. 30. Village Hall is open between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
