The double standard

Would a Black man be able to walk down a street during a riot with an assault rifle strung over his shoulder, hands up in the air and multiple police cars pass him by without stopping and not firing multiple rounds and killing him? Just wondering.

I assume that because he was white, they were not afraid for their lives.
