U.S. Cellular adds to phone, tablet lineup

CHICAGO - U.S. Cellular said it will add to its 5G device offering with two new smartphones and a tablet.

Starting Sep. 18, customers can purchase the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold2, Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Tab S7, the company's first 5G-enabled tablet. The 5G smartphones will be available online only atuscellular.com, and the Galaxy Tab S7 5G will be available online and in stores.

The Z Fold2 and Galaxy Z Flip both have foldable designs. TheZ Fold2 has a hinge that allows the device to fold like a book. When folded, it has a 6.2-inch 1 smartphone screen, and when opened it has a 7.6-inch tablet-like display. TheZ Flip has an Infinity Flex Display, allowing its 6.7-inch smartphone display to flip in to a small form that easily fits in a pocket, bag or purse.

The GalaxyTab S7 will come in two sizes, one with an 11-inch display and another with 12.4-inch display.
