Diversity needed in communities' leadership

The underlying problem in Kenosha became clear watching Thursday's no-news conference. All of the speakers/leaders are middle-aged, white males. The lack of diversity in leadership means a lack of diversity in viewpoint, opinion, and values. There will no harmony and little peace until Kenosha appreciates (and not just tolerates) every kind of person in the community. Diversity is a strength.
