Who cozies up to Cuba?

In reply to the letter written by the Arlington Heights resident who long ago fled Cuban dictatorships and later became a U.S. citizen and who now thinks that President Donald Trump is like a Cuban dictator:

It was the Obama-Biden administration that established U.S. government relations with the dictatorial and free-speech suppressing Castro brothers.
