Ross loses sleep, but not because of Cubs losing streak

Before Monday's doubleheader, Cubs first-year manager David Ross was asked if he lost any sleep due to the team's three-game losing streak.

"I've got the kids in town, so online schooling started at 7 a.m. this morning," Ross said. "Speaking of losing sleep, that was definitely different.

"I think for me, the three losses, they were decently-played games. If you're going to lose games, you don't want to beat yourself. They were close, we had a chance to win each one. We just got beat."

All three losses were by 1 run to the Milwaukee Brewers. The Cubs did have any losing streaks while getting off to a 13-3 start.
