Red Raiders Leo Club at Huntley High School names new leaders

The Huntley Area Lions Club recently announced the new leadership of the Leo Club at Huntley High School for the incoming school year.

Isabella Gorny and Daniela Arriola will lead the club for the 2020-21 school year. They were trained for this new responsibility by the former co-presidents, Ashley Reilly and Karly Melendy, who graduated in June. The adult sponsors will be James Harper and Ronda Goldman from the local Huntley Lions club.

The Leo Club is a volunteer-based club whose projects and fund-raisers help children with cancer, diabetes, and vision issues. The students develop leadership skills, learn team work, and experience the rewards of community service. They are active, social, and have fun while helping others.
