Mundelein High School board member resigns

Mundelein High School District 120 board member Jane Siegal has resigned from the panel, officials confirmed Wednesday.

It'll be up to the remaining trustees to appoint a successor who'll serve until the spring 2021 election.

Siegal, a trustee since 2015, stepped down because of personal reasons, officials said without specifying. Her resignation was accepted by the board Tuesday night.

Siegal couldn't be reached for comment.
