Lincolnshire cancels remaining summer events

Citing the COVID-19 pandemic, Lincolnshire trustees have canceled all remaining village-sponsored summer events. Canceled events include Food Truck Fridays and Heroes Night. The events were canceled because they would create gatherings that would violate state and federal social distancing guidelines. Village events scheduled for the spring and early summer were canceled because of the pandemic, too. A privately run art market scheduled for Aug. 15-16 at the Village Green shopping center remains on the schedule.
