Batavia

• Items valued at $820.92 were reported stolen at 9:30 p.m. Thursday from Target, 115 N. Randall Road. No immediate arrests were made.

• Alexis N. Biancofiori, 19, of the 300 block of Lake Street, Batavia, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Saturday at her residence on a failure to appear warrant from Batavia police on charges of battery, according to police.

• Graffiti was reported at 3:35 p.m. Sunday at Carriage Crest Park, 1040 Robin Drive. No damage estimate was available.

Kane County

• Four specialized saws, a total estimated value of $7,200, were reported stolen between 3 p.m. July 3 and 2:54 p.m. Friday from a pickup truck on the 38W100 block of Hopps Road near Elgin.

• Jeffrey M. Schwarz, Jr., 39, of the 100 block of Terry Drive, Sugar Grove, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration of .08 or more, driving too fast for conditions and failure to reduce speed after he crashed about 15 feet into a field about 1:22 a.m. Friday near Prairie Street and Mighell Road near Sugar Grove, according to a sheriff's report. A breath test showed Schwarz's BAC to be .116, the report said.
